South Shore Harbour Hotel and Conference Center

About This Project

The project consisted of a 300-room, 12-story hotel with a 1-story conference center and an adjacent parking deck. The hotel is post-tensioned concrete construction. Staged post-tensioned transfer girders are used above the first-floor lobby to support the hotel levels above. Precast, prestressed concrete framing is used for the parking deck. The upper level of the parking deck is designed for AASHTO truck loading.
