About This Project

The Avalon Wharton Parking Garage is currently under construction. RBA served as the engineer of record and also provided the design for all of the precast/prestressed elements in the garage. The structure is a six-level, precast/prestressed concrete parking garage that has a deck space of approximately 170,000-square feet for 498 parking spaces.
