About This Project

RBA served as the engineer of record on the Belmont College of Law Building. The superstructure consists of a below-grade, four-level parking garage and a four-story building above grade supported by the parking garage that houses Belmont’s College of Law. The parking garage measures at 190,290-square feet and contains 520 parking spaces. The four-story, mild-reinforced concrete structure above the garage measures 71,100-square feet and houses a full size courtroom used for mock trials, a law library, and a large dome.
