The parking garage located at Library Place in Danbury, Connecticut, opened in 2007. The structure is a five-level precast/prestressed concrete parking garage. The 126,000-square-foot structure has 386 parking spaces. RBA was responsible for the design of all of the precast and prestressed elements for the garage.
