The Health & Science Center is the first new classroom building on Cleveland State Community College’s main campus in over 40 years. The new two-story building is located at the south end of Cleveland State Community College’s main campus and is part of a $25 million project that also includes major renovations to Cleveland State’s existing Mary T. Barker Humanities Building. The facility provides 53,469 SF dedicated to classrooms, state-of-the art laboratories, faculty offices, and multi-function spaces for students pursuing careers in medical professions and the biology field. Its exterior design incorporates modern/regional elements (brick, metal panels, stone and wood accents) while paying homage to the surrounding mid-century campus buildings.
