About This Project

A 32,000-square-foot, two-story addition to the existing facility. The addition included a new 1,050-seat sanctuary on the main floor with education space on the lower level. Construction is primarily conventional structural steel frame, brick veneer, light-gauge metal exterior walls, traditional concrete footings, slabs, support piers, and walls. Electrical work included a new service, lighting, specialty lighting preparation, fire alarm system and typical fixtures, and devices. Mechanical system included a closed-circuit cooling/heating system with outdoor cooling tower and boiler. The building is fully sprinklered.
